Hello! Welcome to the NDG Lease Transfer Network, a project of the NDG Community Council. This is a place where renters who want or need to leave their apartments before the end of their lease can find someone to transfer that lease to. It is also a place to look for an affordable place to live in NDG. Transferring your lease helps keep rents low because it stops the landlords from illegally raising the rent between tenants.

How do I transfer my lease?
I have a 1.5 on Sherbrooke Ouest and am looking for someone to take over the lease. The lease starts at the end of June and runs on a yearly basis. You would be taking over the lease permanently.
I would be staying at this location if I had not been accepted to return to cegep on the West Island.
The building offers you parking, lockers, an indoor pool, sauna and amazing views.
It is located across the street from a Provigo, CLSC nearby and there are many buses in the area. Closest metros being Vendome and Villa Maria.
August would be the preferable time for the new tenant.
One bedroom apartment, semi-basement of an NDG duplex. Fully renovated, unheated, overlooking garden, very bright and barely feels like a semi-basement. Quiet residential street (Borden and Fielding). Gardening and snow removal included. One eat-in kitchen and living area, one full bathroom, one large bedroom, separate exclusive-use laundry room at the back of the apartment. New fridge and stove. There is also a cozy patio area out back that gets full sun in the morning and early afternoon. The apartment is located in the beautiful Lower Plateau area and is close to Provigo, Boul. St. Laurent, the metro and St. Louis Square. Internet and utilities are included.
Honestly it is such a fun apartment for the summertime, and I wish I could be here!

Close to all amenities: Vendome metro station, Dawson College, Loyola Campus, Westmount, Downtown. Grocery store, shops, pharmacy near by. Bus 24 will drop you right in front of the building & bus 105 is one street corner away. The bike path is one street corner away as well. We would have kept it, but we are leaving for Ottawa. June rent is 695$ and from July it's 715$. Hydro is usually 18$ every 2 months. The lease term is from June 2012 to July 2013 (13 months). Come and visit!

We have a sublease for a big and bright 4/12 from Feb 1st. This apartment is a must see which is all included (heating, electricity and hot water) for 931 per month. There are two closed bedrooms, a huge living room with dinette and a big separate kitchen which has a door on it. There are two big walk in closet in the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a big balcony for you to enjoy nice view. This building is managed by FDL Co and located in the third floor.

It has one huge master bedroom with very large built in closet, one smaller room used as an office and where the washer and dryer is located, large double living room and another double bedroom off the living room that is not currently closed but can be if you wish. There is no balcony.
